Refund Policy

At Wellnestery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please read our policy below to ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements and follow the proper steps for returns.

Eligibility for Return

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be unworn, unused, and with all tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wellnestery.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you're unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different product, the quickest way is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you’re in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
