Order and Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, courier details, and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive these emails.

Processing Time and Shipping Schedule

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipping. This processing time is separate from the shipping time. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Courier Partners and Tracking

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. The tracking information may take 1-2 days to appear, depending on the courier.

Please note that while we partner with reliable couriers, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe. Any shipping delays or issues are outside of our control, but we will work with you to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Damages Due to Courier Handling

While we pack our products carefully, damages may occasionally occur during transit. If your package appears damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contact the courier immediately. Additionally, email us at support@wellnestery.com with the photos, and we’ll assist you. Note that damage caused by the courier is not covered by our refund policy.

Incomplete / Incorrect Orders

If your order is missing items, please contact us at support@wellnestery.com within 48 hours. Depending on inventory, we may ship the missing items separately. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for the missing items.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays or order cancellation. If you notice any issues, email us at support@wellnestery.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Delayed Delivery

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, some delays are beyond our control. Factors like severe weather, courier issues, or unexpected disruptions may affect delivery times. We will notify you of any delays and keep you updated on your order’s status.

International shipping may take longer, and tracking information may take 1-4 days to update. We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or delays due to customs inspection. Please check with your local customs office for further details.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed to the courier, it is outside of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We will assist by following up with the courier, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is not found, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
